I am interested in what makes animals what they are. How do they perceive the world? Why do they behave the way they do. Have therefor swerved along methods of systems, sensory and behavioural neuroscience.

My academic journey started with traditional training as a clinical neuropsychologist, but my curiosity led me to explore how findings from animal models, particularly in proprioception, can have meaningful clinical applications and impacts.

​

Outside the lab, you’ll find me diving into a good book, indulging my love for all things horror, or hunting for the best coffee spots in town.

Driven by a care and appreciation for the world around us, I am fascinated by the mechanisms that construct our experienced realities. I hope to pursue knowledge for the greater good, collaborating with scientists who appreciate the world we live in and inspiring harmonious co-existence with each other and our environment.

 

I enjoy staying active (especially running), being in nature, and trying new activities! I also enjoy baking, reading, and learning!

I am currently a sixth-year medical student at Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Vietnam 

 

My future PhD studies will focus on the effects of visual experience on connections between visual cortical areas.
